1. Quality Guarantee
We guarantee the quality and freshness of every jar. If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Spoiled or not fresh
- Different from what you ordered
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with photos, and we will provide a full replacement or refund.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Product is unopened and in original packaging
- Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery
- Product has not been exposed to heat or improper storage
Note: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened jars unless there is a quality issue.
3. How to Request a Return or Refund
To initiate a return or refund:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide your order number and photos of the product
- Explain the reason for your return request
- Wait for our team to review and respond (usually within 24 hours)
4. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Replacement: A new product will be shipped within 1-3 business days
- Refund: Full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit (your choice).
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery
- Products opened and partially consumed (unless defective)
- Products returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Delivery fees (unless the error is on our part)
6. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Before dispatch: Full refund, no questions asked
- After dispatch: Cannot be cancelled; you may refuse delivery but return shipping costs may apply

If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Do not accept delivery if external damage is visible
- If damage is discovered after opening, take photos immediately
